A 22-storey Grade-A office tower anchoring Bangalore's emerging tech corridor, designed around a double-skin curtain wall that reduces solar heat gain by forty percent while framing expansive views of the Western Ghats. The lobby features a soaring four-storey atrium lined with locally quarried Kadappa stone and a living green wall that improves indoor air quality. LEED Platinum certification was achieved through rainwater harvesting, on-site solar arrays, and an intelligent building management system.
